Garden Bloggers Bloom Day: May 2012
Everything in the garden is happy these days with all the rain we've been having, though last night's storm battered the blooms a bit. So, not the best day for photos, but a happy bloom day nonetheless!

You really do have some wonderful blooms there. Haven't those magnolias been amazing this year? Mine started blooming early and show no signs of stopping. It almost makes me forgive them all the mess they make with their dropped leaves.
I don't know what it is about the first photo but I really like it. Is it a magnolia blossom? I love how the stamen was caught in the cup of the petal. It's beautiful.
Yes, the first two shots are the magnolia, and they are having a fabulous year so far! Thanks. I got lazy on the plant labeling this post.
