First summer harvest
I was out of town for the weekend and came back to full size veggies! These got pan-seared in a cast iron pan with some olive oil and salt then tossed on a pizza crust with some toasted kale, mozzarella, and goat cheese. Very tasty. We used the housemade pizza dough from Wheatsville, and it worked great. Here's a badly lit photo of the end product.
Hoping that this is just the beginning of summer veggies...
